  I came in with severe tennis elbow pain that had been bothering me for months. The therapist Simon quickly found the cause and guided me through personalized treatments and exercises that made a huge difference. I noticed major improvement in my grip and could play tennis again without pain. Highly recommend Essential PT & Rehab for anyone dealing with elbow or arm injuries -- they really know what they're doing!

  I really like this place for physical therapy! They take the time to explain why I am in pain and how to make it better, using pictures and body models, which really helps. The machine treatments are great, but they also teach me the right exercises and show me easy ones to do at home. Everyone who works here is super friendly. Definitely recommend!

  Dr. Simon Lee is the best physical therapist I've ever met!<br>I had shoulder and lower back pain for many years and tried many medications and other treatments. They only provided temporary relief, and the pain always came back. But once I started sessions with Dr. Lee, I noticed a real improvement.<br><br>He truly listens and understands the problem. He takes the time to explain where the pain is coming from, why it's happening, and what I need to do to recover. He shows me the right positions, exercises, and daily habits to follow--not only to relieve the pain but to prevent it from returning.<br><br>What I appreciate most is how he helps me understand how the body works. Each session includes guided exercises, and he ensures I use my body correctly. You can tell he does this work with real passion and care!<br><br>Thank you, Dr. Simon, for everything you do in every session!
