  "Five stars for Elite Spine & Sports Care in Fort Lee!!! The entire team is highly professional, attentive, and encouraging, helping you feel your best. I came there with shoulder pain and left after two months practically pain-free. Dr. Shen was impressed with my range of motion at my last checkup. When my husband started complaining about pain in his wrist, I brought him there. CJ treated him for about two months, and now he's pain-free. Thanks to everyone at Elite Spine & Sports Care for helping me and my husband get our lives back!!!"

  I cannot recommend Elite Spine Chiropractic of Fort Lee highly enough. The entire staff are super friendly, attentive, and professional.<br><br>I'd like to especially call out CJ and Grace. I came to CJ (my primary therapist) following a complex ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair after a soccer injury. This type of recovery is grueling, but CJ made the process manageable with his professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable approach.<br><br>Five weeks post-op, I was struggling significantly with my range of motion. I was stuck at 70 degrees--well behind schedule--and my surgeon informed me that if I didn't hit 90 degrees by week nine, I would likely require manipulation under anesthesia. This was a stressful prospect.<br><br>CJ listened to my concerns, adjusted our sessions, and worked tirelessly with me. When CJ was out, Grace stepped in seamlessly.
