  Way too much highway noise..management needs to let the area along the highway grow wild or plant to large trees so it's a little bit quieter!!!!

  This has been such a great place to live. So clean- if it's not clean it's because of residents, however management makes sure to clean weekly. I see them cleaning every Friday, extremely well kept. Very hard to hear your neighbors next door, no hidden fees, great communication with management and if there are any issues which haven't been many, they are fixed less than 24 hours. Maintenance is amazing too and Jorge makes sure to fix things quickly as well. Great place to live. Have been living here for 2 years and it's amazing.

  Thus far has been a great experience. Process was smooth with applying and Bart sr was great and very welcoming and they also accommodated my ESA animals no problem. Very quiet with the exception of the train that passes by in the back . The grounds and building are kept clean and there is always a lot of parking which is free. 2gyns are decent size -and the two dog parks as well (nothing fancy but enough area for pets to enjoy) no pool but they do have a cook out area in the back that is nice and decent and also community room is clean -for most part everyone cleans up after their pets -some offenders but not a big issue. No garbage smell -inside the apt I have over 800 sq feet which is a great size -only complaint is tub which needs to be reglazed and washer which used to be left closed and has a musty smell I can't get out -otherwise nice apartment

  Been living in the Grande in Saddle Brook for a few months now and My brother and I love it, the building is clean and well kept as well as the outside, the residents are friendly and easy to live with, overall great experience.
