  Always top notch service. Technicians are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to answer questions and keep you informed during the repair or installation process. This time it was Anthony, who responded to our emergency service call on a Saturday afternoon to replace our hot water heater after a catastrophic failure. I've been utilizing their services for the past 20+ years and highly recommended.

  I had Eddie and Peter at my home today because of a leak that was discovered while I was having lights installed. The two gentleman were polite, neat and explained everything that was going on. They went over everything that needed to be done and even feed my cat before they left. I will recommend this company and I will ask for Eddie and Peter. Five stars!

  Yesterday your technician Eddie and his assistant Peter snaked out a tough clog/drain cleaning in my basement toilet which had been flooding all weekend everytime we used the shower. This was very necessary to address and not an easy job. You could tell Eddie has a passion for this and did an excellent job as did Peter (loved his positive energy especially so early in the am!). I will continue recommending your company to all of my friends/family/neighbors.<br><br>*Side note spoke with Doris (she was extremely helpful and patient with my early morning scatterbrain panic) and lastly your weekend tech (Forgot his name but he answered my call on June 7th at around 8pm great dude who I trusted every word and really wanted to give him a shout out!)<br><br>Scott and the rest of ownership I'm sure you know this, but you have a great team there and because of it you will have my loyalty/business forever. *Thank you for always taking care of my family and our home through the years Wickersheim

  I had a crisis Saturday when my Water Heater went causing a mess in the basement. The day before Easter and it looked like the holiday would be ruined. Thankfully I remembered Wickersheim and got a hold of Anthony. They were able to get a new installed within 4 hours of my call. Great job in an emergency. I didn't know if I could find anyone that could do the job on short notice so quickly.
