Kitchen sink backed up frequently despite cleaning attempts. Their crew used professional tools to clear deep clogs. They also advised on maintenance tips. It's been working fine ever since.

Bathroom faucet handle became very loose. Their team tightened the assembly and replaced a worn screw. Faucet feels solid again.

Overpriced with rude service. Ahmad charged me $529 for a simple toilet valve replacement. I bought the part myself and all he had to do was install it which took all but 15 mins to do. He didn't take credit cards without a 7% extra fee. Only Zelle to him direct and wanted payment up-front (which I didn't agree to). Overall just shady.

Our toilet clogged right before a party of course. Thankfully, Hackensack Plumbing did a fast clogged toilet repair and had things working again before guests arrived. Great attitude and fast work.
