Needed a quick tow from Leonia to Englewood. We have a Honda Prelude that we treasure and wanted to store in a garage rather than having it sit in our driveway. Tower was professional and did his job correctly. The prelude was dead and it was a super narrow driveway. He go it on the tow with ease!<br><br>Would call them again if we need towing services in the future. Thanks guys!

This is the worst towing company; my car was towed in perfect condition, without a single scratch. However, when I went to pick it up, I found serious damage to the paint on the rear end, and the original AMG carbon fiber diffuser was practically destroyed. When I complained, they claimed they didn't know how it happened; then, as if it were a joke, they told me that since I had gotten into the car and started the engine, they were no longer liable--even though the car hadn't actually moved from the parking spot. They are irresponsible and rude to customers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone; they are a shitty company, and I stand by my opinion because of their irresponsibility.

Unfortunately, as we explained the damage was clearly there prior to the vehicle being towed. We offered for you to fill out a police report when you were still here, and you refused for whatever reason. Having your car impounded by the police never makes the operator happy. Hopefully next time you need a tow you will consider us and know it was not our fault that your car was impounded.

****Alert**** for this company to tow your vehicle from private property, they have to have consent from the property owner.... That would include your plate number. If they tow the wrong vehicle, it's against the law and they can get arrested.

John, As I stated when you called the property that you parked at specifically called to have your car removed and security specifically pointed out our vehicle. The vehicle was not towed as you moved it prior to it being towed. To hopefully avoid this issue again you should discuss it directly with the property manager or security officer who called to have the car removed. Thank you and have a great day.
