If I could give this company zero stars I would. My boyfriend just got a new car and was parked in my apartment complex. We are in the process of getting the proper paperwork/permits. Usually parking management for the complex is lenient with new cars and the process but I guess not anymore. Someone called and reported the car for towing. Luckily we caught the tow truck before he left. After explaining the situation and showing documents he let the car go, but was very aggressive about it. Upon inspecting the outside of the car we noticed significant damages to the bottom of the car. We then checked the inside of the car and noticed the e-break was up, the glove compartment was open with paperwork on the passenger seat and floor, as well as the middle console open. We asked if he went into the car which he said he did. His reason was that the headlights were on so he turned it off and he needed the e break on to tow it. We immediately called the cops to file a report for potential burg
