I can't speak about their other agents, but Darya Reznichenko is someone you DO NOT want to deal with. (Although if Gambourg doesn't do anything based on my review, I would question the whole company's ethical stance.)<br><br>She was our dual agent on a house we purchased in 2020, but she neglected to disclose that she was the daughter of the Sellers. So she was negotiating price on our behalf, not having let us know that she was also representing her own parents. Of course she would be biased.<br><br>The most unethical and insulting part is that she would talk about "their daughter" (oldest of 3 kids who grew up in the home, now married and has 2 little girls, lives not too far away) when that was her!<br><br>If you're not swayed by this, then consider the fact that she's just plain clueless for thinking the tenants of the house (it's a 2-family) wouldn't eventually let us know about their relationship and that the truth would come out.<br><br>Our lawyer urged us to file a complaint,
