  Brian Kim and the Proper Estates team were wonderful to work with! They helped sell my family home a few years back, and most recently, sell my property in Northvale.   My husband and I first reached out to Brian back in 2016 as we were looking for investment properties in NJ. We ended up not buying a place but kept his details for future use. What stood out was Brian's incredible responsiveness and knowledge on so many aspects of home buying (ranging from investing to build quality and more). Additionally, what makes Brian really stand out compared to other agents is his ability to give you his undivided attention. So many other agents dropped off the radar when it seemed like we weren't "serious". However, Brian patiently showed us home after home over the course of a year. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. He wanted us to find a home that we loved and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We just closed on our first home today and Brian guided us all the way through -- what a long journey it was!   When I called about an apartment listing in Fort Lee, NJ, I didn't expect to be greeted by a human voice. I had gotten used to having my apartment inquiries answered by a robotexting service asking me which apartment I was calling about, and even when I would dutifully text back the info, I oddly seldom heard back from either a live agent or got another automated text, which frankly gave me a complex. Was I not tech savvy enough to warrant renting an apartment in North Bergen, NJ? So, when my call about that apartment listing in Fort Lee was answered by a real live human being with a smile in his voice, who immediately made me feel like I was speaking to an old friend, I felt right away relaxed and confident that my apartment search was in good hands. That man was Peter Y. Lee at Brian Kim Group at Proper Estates. I ended up renting that apartment in Fort Lee, but it was far from being cut and dry.
