Brought a walking jack in to them 2 1/2 weeks ago. They took my credit card info but never got back to me. Still waiting for my machine and/or info about it. Tough to do business like that.

Con artists! Shysters, for lack of a better word. I brought an electric pallet jack that I bought there back in 2003 in for repairs and told that the repairs would cost about 2/3 of the original purchase price so I declined. When I went to pick it up I was greeted with an attitude ant told that I owe them $117 just for looking at it. I was never informed that there would be a fee for an estimates or that their technicians receive the same hourly rate as a heart surgeon. All they did was take the plastic cover off held on by two screws to look at the inside, a job an 11 year old would be more than capable of doing. $50 would have been a fair price, not $117. After a brief argument with one of the managers, he had an employee bring out the pallet jack with a high low. To add insult to injury the unit was given to me in pieces, well not to exaggerate, with the cover off expecting me to just accept it. Finally I demanded that he find the cover and put it back on, and he did but not without
