    First time here and I had read about the blindside backing into the dock...well... the young man there was as good as people say! I think his name was Ken or Kent... I will find out to make sure he gets the credit he deserves. Nice job and your company is fortunate to have you there. Keep up the great work and thank you!

    These guys are awesome for delivery. The earlier you get here, the better it is. Blindside into the dock, but Ken is great at backing you in. I did it without a spotter in a sleeper so it's not that bad. Ask them to remove all nails and braces after delivering. Took about 1 hour for unload 1 forklift.

    Called customer service for a forklift repair. No start/no crank condition. Technician spent about an hour diagnosing the problem. Blamed spark plugs. Problem was not fixed.<br>Another technician came on a different day. Followed advice of the previous technician - started looking for a spark problem. No other direction. Blamed spark plugs not being right. Eventually left. Problem not fixed. Charged over $200 for service.<br>Solved the problem ourselves. There was an ignition switch issue.<br>Technicians are not competent. Service manager was protecting them by all means - blaming spark plugs.

    Ken gets me in and out of the dock in a timely and professional manner every time I come here. He knows what he's doing.
