    Bad attention they want to sell what they want and not what the customer needs I don't recommend them<br><br>Mala atencion quieren vender lo que ellos quieras y no lo que el cliente necesita no los recomiendo

    they checked my car, everything turned out to be OK but they gave me maintenance tips anyways, highly recommend

    These guys are great. I had an emergency engine light come on as I was going thru the Lincoln Tunnel, and my engine started sputtering. They got my car in immediately, fixed my problem quickly and efficiently and at a very fair price, and got me back on the road for my 2 hour drive home. They have towing service too. (All other VW dealers nearby couldn't even give me the time to run a diagnostic check, they had a 2 week wait time or had me on hold for 20 min+ while I was stopped on the side of the road.) I'm grateful for Potamkin VW!
