Just moved to New York and was interested in purchasing a property. The worst customer service in the world I literally got an Hello! Yelled at me and then she began to speak very rude . I let her know I am not interested anymore and that she is very rude. I feel really bad for anyone who has already purchased an apartment through them . I recommend some more training or classes for the realtor in question. I am not a realtor but I definitely know that when you are trying to be a realtor , that is not the proper customer service . Very disgusting attitude. I recommend to anyone that hate there job to find a new career . You never know what situation others are going through .

Worst customer service. Parked<br>For less than 30 seconds to talk to relative with weeks to leave and the guy knocked on my window and told me to get outta here.'not friendly, unreliable.
