  We worked with John Scipione @ eXp Realty and we had a great experience. We had a very tight timeline, and we were looking to work with a broker who moved quickly, was professional and had a good grasp on market dynamics.<br><br>John has great client hands, is a thoughtful and engaged communicator. We chose him through the recommendation of another customer of his, over other brokers we were speaking to.<br><br>We really valued his consultative and strategic approach, we were able to close in a much shorter timeframe than we thought, and him and his team guided us through the process. The overall team is diligent, and have a great tech-forward setup for appointments, forms and signature - they are also very thorough and precise, which is very helpful in real estate transactions.<br><br>I plan to work with John and his team again as well as recommend him to other friends as well.   These people are monsters. They have been harassing me non-stop for months about a RENTAL PROPERTY where my mother died. If they did two minutes of research, they'd see we do not own the property. I cannot get them to stop. Hearse chasers. Disgusting business practices.

  I agree with all the negative reviews!!! Phone calls and texts every freaking day to me and family members!! It's unacceptable! You want to promote yourself, send something once and be done. Stop aggravating all of us while we are still mourning the loss!!<br>Even if I were to sell I would NOT use your company because you don't listen or respect people!!<br><br>And now I see for every bad review that's posted they have someone write a good review to balance it out! LOSERS!!!
