  I do not recommend renting an apartment in this building .. I lived there for 3 years. for the fact that they had to paint the walls after I moved out, they did not give me the deposit ... it is funny because I cleaned the house nicely and left it in better condition. I decided to move out because a year later, I had to pay $300 more. This is a joke. I gave notice of moving out 2 months earlier.

  I highly advise that you DO NOT rent in this building, I have a family member living there and it is one problem after another. They have currently been out of their apartment for 6 days with no heat. The landlord refused to pay the HVAC company to work over the weekend. They do not care about their tenants, and have left a family in the cold because of their poor construction. Beware of mold from the water damage as well, I would advise every tenant to get a mold test done on their apartments. Tenant laws favor the tenant, if you have no heat or mold you DO NOT have to pay the rent until it is repaired. You have to place the money in an escrow account or pay the repairs yourself and less that amount from the rent. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dangerous property.
