These are starting to look like paid reviews. No one's talking about how the fire alarms constantly go off due to residents smoking in their units and in the parking garage. They claim they're pet friendly.. yet spray their yards with pesticides. Management allows third parties to enter the unit without the tentants approval. I can go on and on.. the leasing department will harass you every day, all day. This place is far from great.

Don't believe the poor reviews that are coming back to back with paragraphs of false news! Rosera Wesmont has been a great place to live and while all new developments experience delays and disturbances we continue to enjoy the community and its events! THE REAL NEWS: Rosera let go one of their employees whom was very upset about being let go. Not only did this person contact us residents speaking negatively of the building and company... they are now spending their days writing paragraphs about why not to move here. *Us resident all know its YOU!* Its unfortunate people cant just move on with their lives. Anyway, things are great! I encourage people to make their own informed decisions and visit the community and building!

The BBQ Party event today was a huge success! Great food, wonderful music, and a fantastic opportunity to meet neighbors, residents, and staff. Everyone had such a great time, and the staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish.<br>I truly love living in Rosera and being part of such a warm, welcoming community. I look forward to many more community events like this.
