I had an issue with the drainage of my AC condenser. This resulted in water collecting in the footwell of my car and soaking through the carpet. Christian took immediate action and acted quickly to remedy the issue. The hoses were checked and cleared for any debris. The lines were also checked to ensure water was leaving the car properly. The two mechanics checked possible issues and gave advice on what to look out for. The customer service was A+++ and I couldn't be any happier. Will be returning to this location for future service needs. Thank you both so much!

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this shop. Our experience with Christian Alberto and Carlos Alberto was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and unethical from start to finish.<br><br>The first time we brought our car in, it had stopped driving shortly after going through a car wash. We were told the fuse box was corroded and needed to be replaced. After dropping the car off, we didn't hear anything for over a week. When I finally called to check on the status, they said they had "lost my number."<br><br>What followed was almost SIX WEEKS of delays. Every time we called or stopped by, there was another excuse. First they were looking for the part. Then the part arrived but it was the wrong one. Then they said they were ordering from the dealership. There was always another reason the car wasn't ready. Eventually we were told it was fixed and we picked it up.<br><br>Three days later I took the car through a car wash again and the exact same problem happened. The car stopped d
