  I used them what a horrible experience ,I had with them very unprofessional I had my adjuster his name was jason,wouldn't let me know what was going on,I was paid partially for my claim they are still withholding a insurance check from me ,they said the abatement company was sent the check, to do the cleanup that still from today 3-4-24 hasn't been done, i called the abatement company they said they weren't paid so landmark adjusters are committing theft and fraud stay clear of landmark, they will steal from you the same way they did to me!

We got referred to Landmark Public Adjusters from PUBLIC ADJUSTERS Bergen County NJ. It started out well - the adjuster called us and scheduled a visit right away. He came from Philadelphia, which was surprising. He took pictures but no measurements or notes, which was also strange. The only good thing that he did was schedule and setup cleanup, which went as well as could be hoped.<br><br>After that, communication broke down. The walkthrough with the insurance adjuster was bad, Landmark adjuster did not remember all the damage and had to be reminded. The report he submitted to insurance was missing rooms and specific items. And even though the submitted amount was high, it did not seem to match what the insurance was estimating. This was expected, but also meant the delay of payment.<br><br>The way it was

  Had a pipe freeze at my home late December 2023 that caused a lot of damage. Was referred to Landmark Public Adjusters through a mutual friend and they immediately started the investigation and dealt with my insurance carrier. Overall I was extremely pleased and satisfied with there service.   I am very Glad that I found Landmark Public Adjuster. On September 2021, New Jersey got hit with the Remnants of Hurricane IDA, this was the deadliest storm to ever hit the state. Most of New Jersey was underwater as a result.<br><br>Our house in the town of Bloomfield, New Jersey was devastated, our finished basement was completely flooded and destroyed. The water level even raised another 3-feet up to the floor above. the garage the yard, the furniture, the cars everything was lost.<br><br>Despite having a very expensive flood insurance policy and paying it for for years, the insurance company kept giving us false promises and lack of time to even take our phone calls. I pleaded and argued with them for 3 months requesting to cover our damages but my efforts were unsuccessful. Our damages were estimated over $170,000 and the insurance company offered me only $50,000 to settle the claim.   The last thing I was expecting was to come home on a Friday night and find my basement flooded from my cesspool. Bill from landmark was highly recommended by a family member to use an my public adjuster. This was the best decision I could have made. From the moment we first spoke he put my wife and I at ease and assured us everything would be ok. Bill and his team from landmark handled every aspect of my claim from start to finish, in what I feel like was record timing. The communication was simple and easy and I feel as if I never had to worry. Bill's level of knowledge and ability to explain every step of the process was personally something I'm thankful for.
