  My husband and I woke up to the sound of rain, only it was in our dinning room and not outside. Needless to say we were in a panic especially considering we've never had to file a claim through our insurance before. If you find the very thought of processing all that information and filing all the paperwork that goes with it, then I would highly suggest you give Sam a call. He made everything so effortless. He takes on all the stress and intricate details and in return you can have the peace of mind that he's working on your behave as if you were family. He crosses off the T's and dots all the I's. Even things you wouldn't even think of, he's already got written up and ready to go. Thanks Sam for giving it your 100 and because of that I will be coming back if I ever hear raining in my house again!

  Pleasure working with Sam from Direct PA. He was very quick and responsive and most of all knowledgeable of the claims process. I wasn't home for the weekend came back second floor plumbing line froze and burst had damage in my living room and kitchen. Was referred to him by a close friend. He was very quick. Put a mitigation company in there within the same day handled my inspection didnt have to be there. Didnt come out of pocket for any expenses. Got a very adequate settlement from my insurance company. Recommending him to all my friends and family.

  Would Absolutely recommend Sam-Direct PA to look at your loss before you do it yourself. He helped my aunt with her roof claim. She had a tree fall into a portion of her house. He came and explained everything and what was needed to be done. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend to speak with him if any type of loss occurs.
