Getting towed here right after an accident was one of the most stressful experiences, and even the tow truck driver was so kind and reassuring right when I needed it. When I got to the shop, Josh (the boss) completely talked me off a ledge, worked with me to calm down, and helped me make a clear plan moving forward. Dealing with car repairs has always been a total nightmare for me, so finding a team that actually cares enough to guide you through the chaos like family is rare. Everyone went the extra mile from day one, and getting my car back looking good as new was just the cherry on top. If you need people you can genuinely trust when everything goes wrong, this is the crew.

Beyond happy with the entire experience here. I had been in an accident earlier this summer and once I was ready to begin the repairs I advised the insurance company that this would be my preferred shop as it had been recommended by a family member who recently had work done there. Within 24 hours Tommy reached out to me to schedule an appointment to look at my car, since it's much more accurate to see the damage in person than rely on the paper estimate details from the insurance company. Upon his initial in-person review, he said the repair would take approximately 3 weeks, and we scheduled a time that worked for me to drop off my car. (I was then able to coordinate with Enterprise to pick up my rental the same day.) Tommy kept me informed and let me know as soon as he received the initial payment from the insurance which was the very next day after my drop off. They communicated the entire time directly with Enterprise and insurance, so I was NEVER bothered by a call from either ask

I wouldn't even give him one star I give them a zero Josh and his father Michael has ripped me off. My insurance company paid me and I gave them all the money to repair my car, which they told me it was repairable as I went along, waiting for my car to be repaired. They didn't even fix it properly or put the proper parts in which they charge insurance company me actually giving all my money to them. they even made $13,000 from storage my car for over five months they are thieves They scam me be very aware this is the worst, dishonest which they did to me it's sad. I don't have a new car. I have a 2006 Ford escape and I took very good care of it. They said no problem. The car can be fixed but yet they took $4000 from me and gave me back the car a mess, not working. I brought it to my mechanic that told me they didn't even put the proper parts in and charge me for them and theCourt House also didn't repair the car right that I had to bring it back and said he was going to yell at his mec

I was involved in a minor accident where someone backed into my car. Dealing with the insurance company was horrible but having Courthouse take care of all the body work was a great decision. Tommy gave an honest estimate and worked everything out with the other person's insurance company. The car was repaired fast and came back to me clean looking brand new! I would definitely use them again in the future!

Hey there everyone, if you are in the major metropolitan area of northern New Jersey near New York this is the body shop for you! Without hesitation this group of fine mechanics made themselves available for all my needs. Being a mechanic shop is one thing but being a great one is another! Hit these guys up! 5 stars!!!!!

I had a great experience with Court House Auto Body. After my accident, they made the entire process easy from start to finish. They quickly arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders.<br><br>Josh was the main person I worked with throughout the repair process, and he was excellent. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled professionally. The quality of the repairs was outstanding--my car looks as good as new, and the attention to detail was impressive.<br><br>I highly recommend Court House Auto Body to anyone in need of collision repairs or towing services.
