  Had a brand new car for 3 months and unfortunately side swiped it....I was devastated but came into Ricca and was welcomed immediately! They restored my vehicle to perfect condition and with a great price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a body shop.

  If you need any work done on your car, this is the place to go! The customer service is truly top-tier, and it's easy to see why this place has so many great reviews. Robin, Carl, and Greg are absolute class acts. They are professional, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend them enough!

  Ricca is by far the most helpful. I've went to them twice now, and both times they've been extremely helpful. They ensure they treat you like family & take pride in ensuring that your service is the best it can be. By far i'd reccomend this body shop. 10/10

  I had such a great experience here! You can really tell this is a family owned business that genuinely cares about their customers. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and honest from the moment I walked in.<br><br>They repaired my taillight and polished my bumper, and my car looks so much better. The work was done quickly, the price was very reasonable, and they paid attention to the little details. It's not often you find a shop that's this trustworthy and takes pride in their work.<br><br>I definitely recommend supporting this business if you need any auto body repairs. I'll absolutely be coming back if I ever need anything in the future. Thank you again for the amazing service!

  My car was parked on the street and someone backed into me, they left a note but the damage although not as visible was a decent amount. I got a quote from my dealer which was obviously a lot since they were guessing before they did any work. I then called my insurance company and said that Ricca was a approved auto body shop and I should reach out to them. From the first phone call until I picked it up today they were so friendly and accommodating. I was leaving on a trip for 20 days that same day, he said I could drive it over and drop it off so they could work on it while i was way. I was so grateful to him for that so I didn't have to worry about it when I got back. I picked it up this morning and again both men were so friendly. I would 100% recommend
