This place does absolutely amazing work! I had a bad rear damage, and because the trunk door isn't sold as individual parts, every other option required a full trunk replacement. However, the guy was able to repair the original door without ordering a whole new unit, which saved me thousands of dollars.<br><br>Compared to other quotes in the area (including the ones who offered to do the same work), his price was very fair and reasonable. The final result turned out stunning! Mine requires 3-layer pearl painting which requires extra work and I know from past experience that this doesn't always turn out perfectly. But here, you honestly can't even tell there was any damage.<br><br>I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this place!

Came in 1 minute before closing time to patch a tire like the worst customer ever and they happily worked on the car right away. They didnt even charge me. Wonderful staff. Wonderful management. My new autoshop from here on out

Today was my son's road test day, and we were practicing one last time in a parking lot when the car suddenly wouldn't start. We had to jump-start the car and take it to Lotte Auto Body<br>Shop.<br><br>We found out that the alternator had failed, and with very little time left before my son's road test, we were extremely worried. Thankfully, the young owner went out of his way to help us and made sure the car was repaired as quickly as possible. Thanks to his kindness and dedication, we were able to get the car fixed and make it to the road test on time.<br><br>We are truly grateful for his help and consideration. Thank you so much for taking care of us when we were in such a stressful situation.<br><br>We sincerely wish Lotte Auto Body Shop continued success and hope the business grows and prospers even more<br>in the future!

Absolutely the best auto body shop I've ever been to.<br><br>When I first had an accident, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the repair process. What impressed me the most was how fast and efficient their service was.<br><br>Some time after the repairs were completed, I noticed another issue with my car. It wasn't anyone's fault, just an unfortunate issue that happened over time. Even so, they took the time to inspect it and repaired it free of charge. I was genuinely impressed by how much they stand behind their work, and I'm incredibly grateful for their honesty and outstanding customer service.<br><br>I've had some bad experiences with other body shops in the past and have been overcharged more than once, so I'm usually very cautious. This shop completely changed my perspective. They're honest, professional, and truly care about their customers.<br><br>I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.
