I have been here multiple times throughout the years and gave them the benefit of the doubt but it always goes the same way. I bring my car in for one thing, and they "notice" other things need to be fixed. Usually, I brushed it off - better to stay on top of it and maintained in good condition.<br><br>However, it gets to a point where it's absolutely ridiculous. Given the lack of communication, honesty, and integrity, I will never come back here. They will say one thing one day and then something completely different the next. Not reliable at all.<br><br>TLDR - Steer clear!!!! Unethical practice.

I only went there for an oil change. An oil change should take only 5-10 minutes, but they made me wait for two hours. They kept saying, "Just five more minutes," over and over. After waiting for two hours, they still hadn't done anything, so I took my car and left. It's always the same problem and the same issue.

SCAMMER - Avoid This Shop!<br>I am beyond outraged. After a major body repair, the owner told me I needed two rear tires. I paid $280 to have them replaced but left in a rush without checking. When I got home, the old Michelin tires were still on the rear.<br>When confronted, the owner claimed they replaced the front tires instead--which makes no sense, as my front tires were brand new (replaced 3 mo ago). His staff couldn't even confirm what work was actually done.<br>Instead of fixing their mistake, the owner called me, spoke to me with utter disrespect, and is now accusing me of fabricating the truth. They kept my $280, and I still don't have my new rear tires.<br>They completely took advantage of my trust. Do not bring your business here!
