Brought my Jeep in for a sensor issue after getting quotes from a couple of other shops. This shop came in at a better price and got the job done without the extra teardown other places said would be necessary. Weeks later, everything is running smooth with no issues.<br><br>What stood out was the communication. Jonathan kept me updated through the whole process, including catching a defective part before returning the car to me. No guesswork, no surprises, just solid honest work. Will definitely be bringing my cars here going forward. They also washed and cleaned my car!!

This shop is under new ownership/management; disregard any older reviews from prior ownership. Found this shop local to where I work, needed a set of lowering springs installed. The shop ordered new factory suspension hardware (control arm bolts and strut nuts) and shared the torque specs with me for a correct installation as I'm nuts about new stretch bolts and nuts torqued to factory spec for safety. After the install, I was provided the old suspension hardware (springs/bolts/nuts) and a spec sheet of the alignment results.

I took my BMW to the shop and Jonathan Soto was able to quickly access the situation and explained to me in detail what needed to be done and the estimated time frame along with the expense. They were able to fix my car with the estimates and it's running beautifully. I highly recommend Broadway Performance.
