Outstanding service and a truly great experience! I brought in my daughter's Ford Focus after we had already spent nearly $3,000 and made multiple trips to the Ford dealership trying to resolve a serious idle problem, with no success.<br><br>Mike took the time to properly diagnose the issue and was able to get the car running correctly again. What impressed me most was that he knew I needed to leave town and worked continuously on the car to make sure the problem was resolved before I left. That kind of personal attention, determination, and customer service is becoming hard to find.<br><br>I truly appreciate Mike's effort and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic who genuinely cares about his customers.
