  Clarence was friendly and very helpful. He took a careful look at all of my chimney and fireplace concerns and explained everything clearly, using photos so I could ask questions and understand the condition of the flue and venting. As a first-time homeowner in Little Ferry, I felt like I was in good hands. We originally scheduled a fireplace and chimney inspection, and I also received an estimate for related vent and duct work that needed attention. Later, Kai and Lucas came out to complete the recommended work. They were professional, easy to talk to, and finished the job efficiently.
