Approved Chimney is very customer service oriented, professional, expert on chimney problems and solutions, neat and efficient, and most importantly...they stand behind their work.<br>They diagnosed, repaired and replaced my chimney lining thereby preventing a possible fire. A year after installation, they found that the flue was not working properly and replaced the flue with a new one at no cost! This solved the issue we were experiencing. In addition, we use them yearly for proper chimney cleaning which is done neatly and efficiently. Lim and George are customer service oriented, professional, responsive, and arrive on the schedule as promised. They are clean, efficient, and informative concerning any questions on condition of the chimney and fireplace. Finally, a chimney cleaning service and repair company that I can trust and to keep my family safe!
