  Do NOT eat here!<br>We should have walked out as soon as we saw the cheap dusty flowers hanging above our table or the plastic plates they served our food in!<br>Ordered stuffed baked clams and they were the hardest and chewiest clams I've ever eaten. If you're going to serve stuffed clams please don't use cherry stone clams! They are made for stews and need to be cooked low and slow to break them down. These clams were soooooo chewy and hard we had to return them. As we are sitting waiting for our other food we see our returned clams being eaten by the pizza boy behind the counter!!!!! We ordered a few other items, that are now in my garbage bc they weren't worth another bite. Ordered a "special" was pasta SWIMMING in pistachio pesto with two shrimp on top for $47!!!!! I pulled the heads off the shrimp and black liquid came pouring out all over my pasta. Inedible!!!! Ask for the check and upon receiving it realize the clams weren't taken off the bill! As a former chef turned food critic, I approach reviews through a lens of operational efficiency and hospitality standards. Unfortunately, this visit exposed significant gaps in execution.<br><br>Service and Atmosphere<br>Upon arrival, we stood unacknowledged at the entrance for at least ten minutes. For a busy weekend night, a dedicated host is essential. The restaurant's vestibule currently functions as storage, but this prime real estate should urgently be repurposed into a proper host stand.Once seated, the ambiance itself was pleasant--the acoustic levels were excellent, making it easy to hold a conversation.
