  My Son has been working with Chris and Mike at Athletic IQ for the past year. When we first started they helped design a plan to help offset pain my son was experiencing from an accessory navicular bone in his right foot when playing Basketball and lacrosse. It was a big help. In March he had his surgery and month after we resumed with the guys and the post surgery plan they had for him. The goal was first to gain strength, flexibility and balance in his foot along with fixing his gait which was offset by the pronation caused by the extra bone. We combined this approach the physical therapy initially but eventually stopped physical therapy to focus on more time working with AIQ as we felt they really understood our son and his goals. The treatment plan progressed to getting back to strength, speed and explosiveness over the last few months and he is now fully recovered and then some! I can't thank them enough.

  I've been bringing my son here for 3 weeks now and he loves it . Chris and Mike are very intentional about the work they put in.

  Chris and Mike have been awesome to workout with. I've been doing one on one training sessions and they both have the ability to pinpoint imbalances and work with me on improving my overall strength and posture (tech neck anyone?). My kids (girl age 13 and boy age 11) have also enjoyed the after school agility and strength classes. Location right near town is also a huge bonus as getting there (convenience) is half the battle. On top of that, very welcoming/non intimidating vibe. I highly recommend anyone with interest to check them out.

  Fernando and the team at Athletic IQ have been great in developing a custom 1on1 training program for my son this off-season. He has really been enjoying the training and I've been very impressed with Fernando's knowledge and personalized approach. I highly recommend Fernando and the staff at Athletic IQ for all your training and sports rehabilitation needs!
