  I had an appointment scheduled for 11:15 today (Friday). I called ahead to inform the office that I would be arriving 3 minutes late, at 11:18, and was told that the doctor would not accept any late arrivals due to an upcoming surgery.<br>I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If I had been 15 minutes late, I would completely understand the need to cancel. However, canceling an appointment over a 3-minute delay, especially after I called ahead, feels unreasonable.<br>If the schedule was truly that tight, the appointment should not have been offered in the first place, or patients should be clearly informed that there is zero grace period. Gynecology appointments are often difficult to obtain and can take weeks or months to schedule. I also paid for an Uber to attend this visit.<br>Being turned away under these circumstances showed a lack of consideration for patients' time and effort. What a shame

  Dr Jeremy Moon has been my gynecologist for over a decade, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is incredibly caring, professional, and an amazing human being. Dr. Moon always takes the time to listen, provides clear options, and works collaboratively to ensure the best care possible. I feel so fortunate to have him as my doctor.<br><br>The office location is also very convenient, with ample parking and a bus stop right in front, making it easily accessible. The entire staff here is kind, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Moon and this practice to anyone seeking exceptional gynecological care!

  Went to see the doctor for the first time and liked him a lot. Heard me with patience , guided me and put my mind to peace. He has my highest recommendations.

  I would not recommend this practice. Dr Moon is a nice person, but not knowledgeable or conservative when it comes to prescribing medication. I was prescribed an antibiotic that has caused adverse reactions that still linger after treatment.<br><br>If you have been prescribed CIPROFLAXIN for UTI - I highly recommend that you do not take it!!! This is a black box label and should not be prescribed unless a life or death situation. My body has not been the same since, in fact caused much worse problems! I regret ever taking this.

  Dr. Moon is amazing! I just saw him this morning for some ob-gyn related health concerns. He is very funny, personable and really put me at ease. Great bedside manner and an all together amazing doctor. I lived in the city, had my daughter at Mount Sinai and moved to NJ in 2020. Was looking for an ob-gyn that would make me feel comfortable, as I have a lot of trauma around loss. As a result, I don't take well to being in any doctors office. Dr. Moon is a top notch doctor. Answers questions with a great deal of knowledge and won't make you feel rushed or stupid for asking a million questions. Highly recommend.

  Dr Moon is a fantastic doctor, he performed C-Section on me recently and my recovery has been quick and smooth. Like others have said, he is calm and makes you feel at ease. Also has a great sense of humor , I would highly recommend him!
