  What can I say that hasn't already been said? The word is out, the Tim Dent team is the best in the county. We can't recommend them highly enough. Our house needed some work before it was ready to sell, and it was a genuinely unique situation. Tim saw the potential where others might not have, and he found a way to make it happen by creatively working through the challenges so we could get to the finish line. Look no further than Tim Dent and his team for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

  Tim Dent and his Team have been phenomenal.<br>We first learned of Tim Dent when our neighbor had their home on the market Spring 2025.<br>The home sold in "no time".<br>What I was most impressed, was the Marketing and literature we received during that time and for the year following. It promoted the home for sale, all information on Comps in the area for homes sold, and potential services The Tim<br>Dent Team could provide "you" as a seller.<br>I kept all of this information for the year.<br>Never before has any Realtor who<br>Sold homes in the neighborhood provided this type of marketing.<br>When we decided it was time to put our home up for sale, we called Tim Dent.<br>Tim came over, reviewed our home and we signed with him and his team within a week.<br>The winter was rough and there was a delay to our start date to sell. It was our Decision.<br>We Never had any pressure from Tim as to the start date of our sale. He waited until we were ready.<br>When we were ready, it was fast an

  Tim and his team really made it happen for us! Selling the family home from out of state was a challenge in itself, but never could have been managed without Tim's team acting as project managers for all that needed to be addressed prior to market and then through the deal to closing.<br><br>They had effective solutions for every challenge along the way. Would not want to have done it without them!
