I've only been going here for shoulder pain for a couple of weeks, and I absolutely love this place. While I'm getting to the point of having more mobility, I still have some pain, and have to remind myself that PT is not an overnight fix by any means, lol. My therapist, Oscar C. is fantastic - patient, friendly, and encouraging. ALL of the staff is friendly, and if you're thinking of going here, any one of them will do a great job.

I can't say enough good things about JAG! I tore my ACL in July 2025 and started physical therapy in August with Justin and David. They were both amazing therapists and genuinely great people. They made such a difficult time feel a little easier, and I always felt like I was in great hands.<br><br>I had my ACL surgery in October 2025 and came back to JAG shortly after surgery to continue my recovery. That's when I started working with Jake, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better therapist! Jake is an amazing physical therapist, but what really makes him stand out is how well he understands your pain level and knows exactly what exercises your body needs in that moment. He knows when to challenge you and when to adjust things based on how you're feeling.<br><br>The entire team put so much time, care, and effort into helping me rebuild my strength, mobility, and confidence after surgery. They made such a long recovery process feel much more manageable and even fun along the way!
