I had a great experience with physical therapy for my patellar tendonitis. Frank was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing my knee pain and what we needed to work on to improve it. He gave me exercises that actually felt targeted to the issue and adjusted the treatment based on how my knee was responding.<br><br>After working with Frank, I noticed a real improvement in my pain, strength, and overall mobility. I'd definitely recommend Professional Physical Therapy to anyone dealing with patellar tendonitis, knee pain, or looking for a good physical therapist.
