Our baby was injured following the 4-month vaccine visit, which led to seizures, significant medical complications, and developmental delays. Dr. Segal did everything he could to help manage our child's condition until the seizures unfortunately became medication-resistant. At that point, he referred us to one of the best neurosurgeons in the area, and our child ultimately required brain surgery.<br>While this has been an incredibly frightening and heartbreaking experience, we are truly grateful for Dr. Segal and his trusted colleagues. He has been a thoughtful listener, compassionate throughout our journey, and has done his best to guide us every step of the way.

My 13 year old son is a patient of Dr. Segal and today we had an appointment for a video EEG.<br>The technician was the best.<br>He went above and beyond to make sure me and my son were comfortable and well informed of what he was going to be doing .<br>Thank you Kaled for the great service you provided .

Dr. Segal is an outstanding physician -- five stars, without question. His compassion, professionalism, and dedication to his patients are truly exceptional.<br><br>However, his front desk supervisor Javae is an absolute disgrace to the practice. I've never encountered someone so unprofessional, disrespectful, and outright rude in a medical setting. Her tone is consistently condescending, her attitude is dismissive, and she treats patients and their concerns as if they're an inconvenience. It's beyond unacceptable.<br><br>What's even more baffling is how she's still employed, especially after numerous complaints. She's single-handedly dragging down the reputation of a great doctor and casting a negative shadow over an otherwise excellent staff.<br><br>If management truly cares about patient experience, they need to address this issue immediately. No one seeking care should have to deal with such unprofessional behavior at the front desk.

As others have shared, Dr. Segal is highly professional, patient, and SO great with kids. His bedside manner is the best I've seen. The location is clean, office staff friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. Highly recommend.
