This salon has gone extremely downhill since Betty left. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and left very disappointed. My pedicure felt rushed and incomplete, and I was still left with noticeable calluses even after paying for the callus remover treatment. When I politely asked the technician to go over one area again, I was met with hostility, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.<br><br>What concerned me most, however, was what I saw at the end of my appointment. The used tools were placed in the sink, washed with what appeared to be regular hand soap, dried with a hand towel, and then put into individual plastic wrappers that made them look like newly sanitized tools. I found this extremely disturbing and unsanitary.<br><br>Between the poor quality of the service, the attitude when I raised a concern, and especially the way the tools appeared to be cleaned and repackaged, I was completely grossed out. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Elvy Nails is truly one of the best nail salons I've been to since moving to NJ. Elvy and her team are amazing -- friendly, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They've made so many great improvements to the salon, and it looks better than ever. They use high-quality products, and my fills and pedicures always last. I honestly can't understand why anyone would leave them a bad review. They're simply the best.
