  I will not be returning after seeing how the owner, Julie, treated one of her employees. She aggressively snatched the nail polish out of the manicurist's hands without saying a word so she could go wax another customer. The manicurist looked scared, and I was stunned.<br><br>Julie then took over my nails, rushed through them, and they came out a mess. The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

  Love getting my nails done here! Service is great, they always recommend what I like and make me feel comfortable. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable

  Let me start of by saying the owner Julie is sweet & does great nails. Salon is clean. I gave 2 stars bc I had a pedicure from MIMi and she was done within 15 minutes. Barely scrubbed or massaged. Polish does look good. My gripe is when she asked if I wanted a spa pedicure that is extra I declined. He made a face & the nail tech Ivy next to her rolled her eyes and they started speaking in their language. Wish I had the ear buds to translate but they clearly were talking about me. UNPROFESSIONAL. This Julie will keep me from returning. We do not like sitting there when you speak in another language. Rude Rude Rude

  I'm Walnea<br>It was my first time and I had such a good time in Park Ave nails<br>I did an appointment with Julie. The Design gel nails are good and I got a massage on my shoulder between the manicure and pedicure.<br>The pedicure spa was very relaxing and aromatic (I got a "Deluxe lavender spa")<br>10 minutes of massage and warm rocks with callus treatment.<br>Oh god, my feet are so hydrated and soft<br>they feel like baby feet!<br><br>Updated >>> Julie was very rude on me, I called and told her I would be few minutes later and because I came 5 minutes later them my appointment she screamed at me in front of everybody and made me super embarrassed, I was almost crying. She's very rude with the regular costumes and some employees.<br>I don't tolerate this behavior and decided not coming back.

  I visited this nail salon last year a couple days before I was getting married. I was in dire need of a manicure and walked in. Immediately, a woman who seems to have been the owner told me they don't take walk-ins they only do appointments. I drove in the rain and paid a meter for her to tell me this. I couldn't tell whether she was just turning me away or telling the truth. The salon was EMPTY by the way, probably one other customer was getting their nails done. So I was highly confused. I vowed to never return. I don't know if this was rudeness, racism, or stupidity. But I recommend taking your money elsewhere if you're thinking of going here.
