  When we thought about selling our first house, we wanted professionalism and expertise and now after a few months i confirmed I made the right call when I look for Robert number and dialed, since day one all that he showed us was exactly what we were expecting. Being our first house, I personally was very nostalgic about it, and he helped us to understand it was the best decision.<br>Life plan changes and its was a gift meeting Robert and Beatrice to make that change smoothly. Now I looked back and I remember all the good memories and thanks to that decision we are in a dreamy house in FL to build new ones.

  In the past, my wife and I worked with different realtors, but Roberto Alvarez is on another level.<br><br>When we first met Roberto, we attended a showing for a house he was listing. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge, dedication, work ethic, and the way he answered all of our questions with patience and confidence. His passion for what he does truly stood out, along with many other great qualities.<br><br>A few days later, we reached out to see if we could work together.<br><br>Working with Roberto was one of the best decisions we made.   If we could give Robert Alvarez, Beatrice Paje and the entire Robert Alvarez Team 10 stars we would. We came to The Robert Alvarez Team after attempting to go about this homeownership process on our own. We quickly realized after attending an open-house that turned into a bidding war without a realtor representing us, that we can't go about this alone. That night, my husband and I called Rob without hesitation, and here we are. Instantly, all of our concerns disappeared. We knew we were in the best hands.<br><br>We fully placed our faith and trust in Rob's team and they delivered ten-fold. They were thorough, kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process, and really listened to our needs. No detail went unnoticed.   Rob was very knowledgable about the market and gave me helpful insights in how to best prepare my house for sale. He was communicative and creative throughout the process and helped ensure that my house sold above asking and near the top of the market in my town. He was easy to work with and made the stressful process of moving much easier to navigate.

  I cannot recommend Roberto Alvarez highly enough! From start to finish, Rob was the most patient, knowledgeable, and kind professional I've ever worked with. Buying/selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but Rob made the entire process smooth, informative, and even enjoyable.<br><br>He took the time to explain every step, answered every question with care, and never made me feel rushed or pressured, which was super important for us as we've experienced not the best realtors in the past.
