OUTSTANDING, EXCEPTIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPERIENCED, SMART, COURTEOUS, TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT - I can't think of any other words to describe Rita. She is AMAZING. If I could give 100 stars, I would. My husband and I did not plan well on purchasing our recent property but she helped ALOT - made us feel at ease, answered all our questions, concerns, issues.. I will definitely recommend her.

Rita has been incredibly helpful since 2023, and she just helped me successfully rent out my place again!She is extremely professional, patient, and efficient with tenant screening and paperwork.What impressed me most was that she handled the entire CO inspection for me, even coming to my house to wait for the inspectors in person. She took care of every detail so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Rita truly knows the market and always puts her clients first. I'm so grateful for her long-term support and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent!

Rita went beyond my expectations. I needed help with renting my condo for the first time. Rita was knowledgeable about the rules and requirements of the building, provided me with information for how to best prep the unit for a rental, and finding a tenant quickly. During the whole process I was living over 4 hours away, and Rita made this a painless process. Would highly recommend both landlords and tenants to work with Rita.
