  Joonhee Kim is an amazing real estate agent. My biggest thing with agents when house hunting is the pressure and anxiety I get from agents, from sellers, etc, will I get reeled in~ a bit paranoid but you get my point. There is no pressure from Joonhee and she is truly honest with whether or not a house might be suitable for me. I had the pleasure of working with her in searching for a rental for my parents and it was a very difficult task under our circumstances. Not only did she find us an amazing deal, communicate seamlessly with the other agent for us, and make the process quick and smooth she guided my parents through the entire application, and helped them fill in any confusion or concerns. She is very thorough and was honest about aspects of the house we might not like and for us to consider if we could live with it. She is kind but politely blunt in what she thinks would be in our budget, our expections, etc. She is wonderful in following up and making it smooth for the client's

  I highly recommend "Joonhee Kim" agent.<br>I had to find in a sudden need to rent a home, and she completed the contract in just 4 days. She understood our needs well and promptly provided a list of the best homes within our desired price range on the day. She went above and beyond to assist us, even attending the zoom interview with the new landlord to represent us and ensure all our concerns were addressed. Her responsiveness and availability made it possible to finalize the contract quickly, and she was swift and efficient in handling all documentation. And she carefully included all the necessary details in the contract that needed to be specified, and explained thoroughly the aspects we needed to review. Finding someone as dedicated and efficient as her is rare among agents. She took time and diligently guided us as if it were her own task, which truly impressed us and enabled us to find a great home. I sincerely appreciate her help.
