John Kim at Kingstone Realty deserves less than 1 star. He speaks and writes extremely poor English. He replied to the showing request email with "Hellow" instead of Hello. She never came to see the place.<br>He never offered the professional photographer service; instead, he asked me to take photos with my phone.<br>In 3 weeks, he was NOT able to bring one single customer to show the apartment.<br>I was extremely unhappy with his service, and requested for "Unconditional Withdrawal". He refused to withdraw the listing unless he receives $100 fee. I wind up paying him the money. Even after receiving $100 zelle, it still took him more than a day to withdraw.
