  I sold a house. The escrow was supposed to follow.<br><br>Seven and a half months later it was still sitting there. The buyers didn't answer. Their attorney didn't answer. The attorney who handled my own closing kept telling me she was waiting to hear back, and then kept waiting.<br><br>Nobody was fighting me. Nobody was moving either. That's worse than a fight. A fight at least has a date on the calendar.<br><br>I hired Angelita De Silva. She read the file, found the one thing actually holding the money, papered it, and put it in front of the person sitting on the account with a deadline attached. No updates about how hard she was working. The wire hit yesterday.<br><br>I had stopped believing that money was coming.<br><br>If your closing is done and your money isn't home, stop being patient. Call her.

  Angelita went above and beyond in handling my tenant landlord security deposit dispute.   I have worked with Angelita and Stacy on multiple transactions and with each one, I can trust that they have my back and are always looking out for my best interests. Angelita makes sure every T is crossed and has made herself available at anytime I am in need, no matter what the situation is or what time of day it is. Both Angelita and Stacy helped me along the way with every single question I had (big or small) and made home buying, what could be a tough process, a very simple one. Closings were always on time. I had worked with other real estate attorneys in the past and there is no comparison to the level of service and personal attention that I have received when working with the Law office of Angelita De Silva.
