We are well versed in foreclosure defense, loan modification,short sales, bankruptcy, deed-in-lieu, along with real estate transactions. We focus on defending our clients. We also have a real estate, probate, will & trusts practice so that we can be a one stop shop for all real estate needs. We also work exclusively with landlords for eviction maters. We believe that a person's home is one of their family's largest investments and we work to protect it.

    I thought I was too poor to file bankruptcy as my wage garnishment was taking all of my money and I couldn't save enough to file bankruptcy. I was able to get on a payment plan for my chapter 7 and now the only thing I way is my bill and work on repairing my credit with the free program Mr. Patel paid for me to take.

    Mr. Cardenas is the most patient person/attorney I have met. He explained to me all of the things that I could do and couldn't do when evicting my renters. He answered my calls whenever I called him. I never had an attorney that helpful.
