  By far, this is a wonderful establishment. I flew into town for a wedding with microlocs, and they washed and styled me beautifully. The owner was professional, kind, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable.<br><br>These days, social media is often how we discover people's work. Unfortunately, they don't post much -- but to be honest, it's because they're too busy focusing on what truly matters: exceptional customer service. This business is the epitome of great service.<br><br>I can't recall the owner's name, but her locs are absolutely fire!<br><br>Thank you so much for taking care of me and accommodating me early.<br>May God continue to bless this establishment.

  I held back from leaving this review but it is what it is. They are price gauging in here and the quality isn't even good!!! I got a retwist and within a few days I was back frizzy. (Yes I wrap my hair every night). Extremely disappointed. Again, I didn't even wanna leave this review but it is what it is. Never again I'll tell you that.

  All communication is key to any and all successful businesses. If given the opportunity Im sure we would have addressed any issues you may have experienced during or soon after your visit. You paid for a service and deserve "better". In the future, might I suggest you reach out and speak to the business manager so that they can correct or address your concerns immediately.   I have been a client here since my Sister Locs were installed Nov 2006. There's no other place I'd go. The staff are more like family. The atmosphere is relaxing and a welcome escape from the world. Definitely recommend it cause it's not like any other salon.
