I would strongly caution any HOA or board against hiring Corner Property Management.
Our association signed with Corner, and within only 3-4 months, the assigned property manager was terminated. During the period that followed, we had no local property manager, and the regional manager did not adequately handle basic association tasks or follow-through.
One example: a broken concrete step was reported, and a full year later it still had not been repaired under Corner's management. We have since left Corner, hired a new management company, and the repair is now finally scheduled.
We also had heating and boiler-related issues that required organized follow-up, documentation, and urgency. At the end of the heating season, the boiler company failed to respond as expected, and the regional property manager also stopped replying to most emails. For a condo association dealing with essential building systems, that lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable.
This was

Zulaika Russo, with whom I've been dealing with for the Washington Grand condos, has been a real asset in solving all my problems. She is probably one of the first individuals who has responded to telephone calls and or emails immediately. You are very fortunate to have her on staff. Mark Spindel

I am on the Board of a condo association that has been managed by Corner Property Management since early 2020. Corner has good accounting systems that make it easy to track our association's financials. The company has a core of senior people with deep experience in property management, which gives us access to a lot of expertise in-house. We've generally been satisfied with the contractors that Corner has recommended.
The main problem we've experienced with Corner is turnover. In less than six years, we've had eight different property managers. Some have been outstanding; others, not so much. With each new property manager, no matter how experienced, there is always a learning curve, which has caused delays and hiccups on some matters. I'm happy to say that our current property manager, Katherine Henriques, is responsive, knowledgeable, and organized, and shows good judgment. She's the reason I'm giving Corner four stars instead of three.
Overall, I'd recommend Corner. But if yo

Horrible. Dishonest property managers and although I emailed the CEO who I wrote an email to documenting the explosion of water in the basement causing excessive mold in my condo did nothing to replace the staff as some other locations vary in competence perhaps ...allowing for a eight month lapse of mold to grow ..misleading the novice if the Board and relying on me to do their work with finding contractors etc

Kerin-
I would refrain from the negative comments. While you may think this is an open forum to bash the management company for your own issues is unacceptable. Please tell the whole story. You pushed away three separate remediation companies, you had three of your own lawyers fire you, and you're extremely difficult to work with. Even the Board has turned their back. I suggest you you take a deep breath, find some balance and re-approach the situation.

Everyone around you has tried o
