  I was in communication with this management company regarding a rental application. After 2 weeks of communication and sending endless amount of documents and followups, they finally send me an approval email. 1238pm I recieved the email stating we were approved and that we had 48 hours to submit the remaining documents that were required along with proof of renters insurance and pseg. By 130pm we set up the renters insurance and had the checks ready for deposit and already spoke to pseg. 148pm I recieve a text that someone else was on their way with money and therefore the apartment is no longer available. This company didnt even allow me 2 hours after approval to gather everything. Mind you this was in the middle of a work day where I work in Healthcare. Im appalled and disgusted by how unprofessional this company handled the application process and I have every intention of escalating this situation. Don't do business with them!!! We are out 120$ of application fees and 120$ of rent

  I live at 230 Anderson Street, Hackensack NJ , I spoke to Carla Arizaga from JP management team about getting my apartment painted. I lived in this apartment fir 5 years . I felt like it needed a freshen upper. I emailed Carla . She replied right away . We set a date fir the paint job. I was thrilled. She sentv3 guys over . They even asked me before the job if they could spackle some small holes from things that were hung up . These guys did a phenomenal job. My whole apartment looks new . Its outstanding. They finished in 4 hours or less . The walls are perfect . Carla truly helped me. She told me what needed to be done before they painted , so I complied. This was to ensure the furniture was not in the way. I cant thank her enough for this. She responded so quickly . N we set a date that was convenient for the both of us. I gotta say , the JP management team really came through for me . The apartment looks exactly like it did when I rented it. My experience with the JP team was very

  I would not recommend living any place managed/owned by them. As per family member experience, They are hard to reach to resolve issues. Everything has to be done thru their portal. Due to bank error, 1st payment ever to not process, tried to process thru portal again & blocked, had to pay via moneygram or in person with money order. Called to advise of intent of payment (by 11th of month) and already added a ridiculous attorney fee plus court fees which disputed & seemed like some scam to extort more money,changing portals & payment methods on very short notice. Please DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

  If I could give a zero star rating, I would. They didn't even deserve 1 star. Been waiting on my security deposit for over a month now. Hearing back from someone after sending them multiple voicemails emails has been quite difficult. They are not responsive and they probably intend on keeping my money that is not theirs. Horrible company, wouldn't recommend renting from them. Hopefully<br>I can save you stress and several headaches in the future by not becoming a future tenant of theirs. Run far away and don't look back.
