I have used Enterprise for nearly 2 decades. Extremely poor customer service which ended in me going with a different rental company. Disrespectful, unhelpful, barely made eye contact because they were watching the soccer game on their phone. Assured me my booking was cancelled after the negative experience...only to find out through a follow up phone call to the main phone number that it had not been cancelled.<br>Lost a long time customer due to employees that shouldn't work there. Disappointed
