  Food is great. The only drawback was, they didn't put barbecue sauce on my barbecue ribs take out order, the last time, and I had to bring them back. They were plain Ribs. Some kind of computer error.

  Disappointing and Discriminatory Treatment of Families<br><br>My family and I have been loyal customers dining at this Houston's location for many years, but unfortunately, our most recent experience will be our last.<br><br>We were made to feel deeply uncomfortable when management approached our table and claimed our kids were being disruptive--which simply wasn't true, as they were just being normal, well-behaved children. We would be the first to correct our children's behavior when necessary. To make matters worse, we witnessed them do the exact same thing to another family with children shortly after us.<br>It became painfully obvious that the staff is actively picking and discriminating against patrons dining with kids. After many years of supporting this establishment, being treated this way is unacceptable. No family should be made to feel unwelcome or harassed just for having children with them.

  Someone just suggested we head to Houston's at Riverside Square for dinner tonight, and I immediately had to tell them no. Some memories linger like the taste of sour milk. That's the case for my last visit to Houston's at Riverside Square, where we celebrated Mother's Day this year.<br><br>I had all but erased Houston's from my memory as a place to go, but the mere suggestion of it tonight brought back how bad that experience was.<br><br>I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but having the topic come up again was the push I needed to share what happened.<br><br>For context, my family and I have been going to Houston's locations across NYC (like the old 3rd Ave spot) and NJ since the late 1990s. In nearly 30 years of eating with this brand, I have never had a bad experience ... until this visit.<br><br>We had a 5 p.m. reservation and everything seemed fine, until the bill arrived. Our server, Elizabeth, dropped off the check and vanished.<br><br>Looking over the receipt,

  The service and atmosphere was great, such an intimate spot whether your grabbing lunch or going out to dinner for a business meeting. It was my first time and didn't disappoint
