I can certainly understand why this location has such low ratings. Didn't even make it to the counter and the employee let me know that she was not interested in taking the order. She was directing everyone that was walking in to use the kiosk instead of assisting customers and taking their order. Myself and several other customers just decided to leave. It was not a very welcoming experience.
