Dan helped us sell the family home of 60+ years. Leaving the home was an emotional and sometimes overwhelming journey for my mom and I'm so grateful we had Dan as our realtor. Among his many great qualities Dan was extremely patient and understanding, never pushing mom to move faster than she was comfortable. He was extremely responsive, had a great marketing plan and provided white glove service once under contract. Highly recommend working with Dan!

I used Danny to purchase purchase my home several years ago and have now come full circle for him to sell it. Danny is the epitome of focus, professionalism and diligent. Danny Simone represented my wife and I in buying our house in Rutherford . HE WAS TERRIFIC!!! Because my wife and I had already know the area we wanted to live in, Danny was the was perfect for understanding that we wanted. He handled or assisted with all aspects of our purchase so there were no loose ends. We were able to get a great price which helped with the closing costs being a little lower than anticipated. We highly recommend Danny to anybody interested in buying a home in Northern New Jersey especially the Rutherford area and absolutely recommend Danny to everybody thinking of selling their home in this area.
