Got my package today (ordered on 08/19 and delivered on 08/29). 9I would recommend using stronger packaging boxes, since many Items are in paper bags and so easily brake. Furthermore I recommend to put together a little "book" with baking/cooking instead of putting the translated instructions over the original instructions, which gives the product a messy look.

The chocolate I ordered arrived in liquid form and I did not get a refund since I couldn't provide a photo of the damaged goods. Customer service was very unsatisfactory

The shop is called One Stop German shop saying that all their product is German. Well I just received Kinder Chocolate made in MEXICO! Don't lie to your consumers.

We are very sorry for the confusion here. We are specializing in German brands with most of there items being produced in Germany, however in some cases it is possible that the item was manufactured somewhere else while the brand remains German
